I may have a small panic attack...

I just googled the map of the metro system in Madrid.

On a positive note, at least I'm not color-blind.

  1. Really, it's quite easy to understand! I swear! I'm directionally challenged and I have had absolutely zero problems with it. Just look where you want to go, see where you need to change, and follow the signs. The only tricky part is sometimes there's two directions (i.e., line 6 towards Mendez Alvaro or towards Cuatro Caminos. But they put all in the between stops up so it's no big deal. You will be fine and probably an expert in about 2 weeks. Good luck, girl!

  2. Ahh this has been my worry too!! Mostly figuring out how to get to work and all that jazz.

I may just print this out and keep it in my pocket lol

  3. I second Kaley! I'm also pretty bad with metros and directions, and the Madrid metro is one of the easiest I've encountered. If you have an ipod touch, there's an awesome (free) app that has it, which is nice because then you don't have to keep the map with you and look like a tourist :)
